CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?

If you become ill or acquire an injury that prevents you from exercising we are able to pause your membership for a period of 30, 60 or 90 days.

HOW LONG IS MY CONTRACT FOR?

Strength & Bloom Memberships now run on a monthly rolling basis, all we ask if for 30 days notice of cancelation, which is based on your full membership fee.

IS THERE PARKING AT THE GYM?

There is off street parking available at both locations. Those who haven't visited Strength & Bloom before, please see the parking map here for Godstone and here for Dorking.

WHO DO I CONTACT IF I'M STRUGGLING WITH MY NUTRITION/CLASSES?

You will have been assigned your personal accountability coach when you joined us. Message them on Strength & Bloom (Formerly TNA) app to let them know if you would like them to keep a closer eye on your nutrition goals or if you have something more personal you need to discuss.

BOOKING SESSIONS

HOW DO I BOOK MY SESSIONS?

Click https://goteamup.com/p/2880239-the-nourishment-academy/ and log in using your email address and password. Once you're in use the calendar to scroll across to the date you'd like to book for a select a time.

WHY CAN'T I BOOK ANYMORE CLASSES?

Each membership has a maximum amount of classes you can attend each month. If you have booked your required classes you won't be able to book anymore that month, unless you cancel within 3 hours of the class time (see below).

Alternatively you can select "Up Level" to purchase 4 more classes to use as and when, within a 3 month period.

HOW DO I SWAP/CANCEL THE CLASS?

On Team Up, you can manage your classes as you need to up to 3 hours before the class begins. If you cancel your class within this 3 hour period it will count towards your weekly total.

WHEN DOES MY SESSIONS REFRESH?

Regardless of your monthly payment date, your sessions are refreshed from the 1st of each month.

CAN I CARRY UNUSED SESSIONS OVER TO THE NEXT MONTH?

The simple answer to this is no. Firstly, our system does not allow us to 'roll-on' any unused sessions from one month to the next. In addition to this, the number of classes we run is based on the number of members we have and the number of sessions they are allocated each month. Were we able to accommodate carried over sessions, we would be at risk of not having enough sessions available resulting in our members not being able to book in.

WHAT IS Strength & Bloom (Formerly TNA) TRAINERIZE?

Strength & Bloom (Formerly TNA) Trainerize is an app we use to keep you accountable to your weekly nutrition and fitness habits. We can track & keep you accountable for as much or as little as you want/need us too.

Want to focus on hitting 10k steps a day? Great! Sync your Fitbit/Apple Watch and we'll keep an eye on it for you.

Need to remember to drink more water? Fab, we'll set it as a daily habit for you.

Want to analyse your food closer? Sync your My Fitness Pal and we can set you a daily calorie or macro goal.

HOW DO I CREATE AN ACCOUNT?

You will have been sent an email with a subject line "Welcome To Strength & Bloom (Formerly TNA)". Click the big green button that reads "Set Up My Account" and follow the steps to set it up

Head to the log in screen www.trainerize.com or on the app and click forgotten password to follow the steps

HOW DO I CHANGE MY HABIT?

Smashing your habit every day and looking for another challenge? Message your coach on the app to let them know and we will work with you to create a new daily/weekly habit

NUTRITION

HOW DO I TRACK MY FOOD?

You can track your food using either a simple pen and paper, or using an app called My Fitness Pal.

My Fitness Pal is a really handy tool for finding out more about foods. You can scan or search for foods and read more about it's macronutrient and calorie value.

You can sync MFP with Strength & Bloom (Formerly TNA) Trainerize so we can have a look at your weekly calorie intake and get a better understanding of your nutrition habits.

WHERE IS MY MEAL PLAN

This program is designed to help you as an individual. We don't make custom meal plans because we'd rather cater for your individual needs, wants and dietary preferences.  Work with your coach to enhance the meals you're already eating and use this program to educate you on what foods work best for you.

SHOULD I REMOVE A FOOD GROUP FOR QUICKER RESULTS?

NO!!! This program isn't a quick fix. If you want real results you need to make small changes you can sustain long term.

TRAINING

I MISSED/CAN'T MAKE A CLASS, HOW DO I CATCH UP?

On Team Up, you can manage your classes as you need to up to 3 hours before the class begins. If you cancel your class within this 3 hour period it will count towards your monthly total but don't worry- you can find a pre recorded classes or purchase a another session on Go Team Up using a one off membership called "Up Level"

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN?

Just getting into fitness? We recommend starting at 2 sessions per week. Once you feel comfortable with your 2, work your way up to 3-4 sessions.

It's important you attend a minimum of 2 sessions every week to achieve the best results although, what you do outside the gym will count to up to 80% of your results. Make sure you achieve 10k steps a day, use relaxation techniques, complete your daily habits, eat mindfully and reach out if you need any support.

DO YOU OFFER 121 TRAINING TOO?

Yes. Our PT's are level 3 qualified, meaning they can work with you separately on your goals. This is perfect if you have any individual goals, if you need to work around an injury or if you feel you need an extra push once a week.

All 121 programming is totally individual to you and your goals.
